Rarely is a culture defined from the top down. Almost always, your employees are the ones who truly define it and I believe that’s the way it should stay. If you have high-turnover or no real sense of a culture, I will help get to the root cause issues and identify ways to build a solid environment where your teams can do their best work (and have some fun doing it).

Recruiting and retaining the right talent for your organization starts with identifying your organizational goals and creating a strategy around those goals. With over a decade of people leadership and hiring experience, I can work with you to define that strategy to bring in the right people at the right time.

I will work with you to identify bottlenecks within your company and diagnose the right solution to make things move a little more smoothly.

A CEO’s time is valuable and limited. There is too much to do and it’s difficult to know where to spend your time. If you find yourself asking, “is this really where I should be spending my time?” I will work with you to determine how your time should be spent based on your company’s goals, and identify tasks to shed to other people or teams to keep the business moving forward.
